Steps to Request Deletion

Send an Email

Send a formal deletion request from your registered email address to:

Please provide the following information to help us identify your account:

  • Full Name
  • Phone Number
  • Account Type (Business, Rider, or Customer)

Important Notes

Processing Time

Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 7–14 business days of your request.

Data Retention

Please note that some data may be retained for specific legal, financial, or regulatory purposes in accordance with Nigerian law.

Once deleted, this action cannot be undone. You will lose access to your delivery history, wallet balance (please withdraw before requesting deletion), and reputation score.
